Chairman Frank Kaipai Ikoyo, Maasai leader of the village of Lesoit in Tanzania, shares the many challenges faced by his people: a lion preying on their cattle, land encroachment by neighboring farmers, shady natural resource harvesting deals, accessible education and health care, and emigration.
