The Cushing Library/Dykes Collection copy has ephemera. Pasted onto back of front paper cover: photo of the author, photo of nature scene, poem "Gypsy Call" signed "Jean Struthers Burt" and dated 1913. Pasted onto title page: "Jeanne Darc, 1918", a tribute to St. Joan of Arc written in memory of Jean [Brooke Burt] by Fullerton Waldo, and inscription noting her death on July 4, 1918. At back of the score: printed poem "Wyoming", cut from a magazine, and two typewritten lyrics, "A desert evening" and "L'il white chile"; all three texts by teh composer. Pasted onto inside back cover: sheet of brown paper with cut-out containing a photo of a view of the Snake River and Gros Ventre Range on the recto, and annotation in pencil on verso. The photos are black and white.
