An airforce uniform hangs on a rack next to the SAGLBVA (San Antonio Gay Lesbian Bisexual Veterans of America) booth during the picnic Sunday afternoon. The uniform also has the words "Discharged Under Other Than Honorable Conditions" hanging on it relating how the military discharges a person after determining if they are gay.
