Minority-owned broadcast stations : hearing before the Subcommittee on Telecommunications, Consumer Protection, and Finance of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, House of Representatives, Ninety-ninth Congress, second session on H.R. 5373, a bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to deny deductions for expenses of advertising to persons who discriminate against minority owned or formatted communications entities in the purchase or placement of advertisements, and to permit persons aggrieved by such discrimination to bring civil actions to recover lost profits and other appropriate damages, October 2, 1986.
