The deplorable condition of the reduced men, non-comission officers, trumpets, and troopers, discharged out of His Majesty's several regiments of light-horse, which served His Majesty in the reducing of Ireland, and in the wars in the Low Countreys : most humbly offered to the consideration of the Honorable the House of Commons, now sitting at Westminster.
