Also the copie of Sir Thomas Fairfax's proclamation, commanded to be read in all churches neere Oxford. And the copie of the summons sent to Ludlow, and the governours answer: and a copie of Colonel Birch his letter. These are commanded to be printed by the originall papers, and published according to order of Parliament.
