A representation of the advantages, that would arise to this kingdom, by the erecting and improving of manufactories: but more especially, by that of woollen-cloath : With an answer to the objections against this last; and an account of the present state, and successe of the manufactory at new-milnes, for woollen-cloath, serges, silk and worsted-stockings; and of the rules and methodes observed by the undertakers in the managing of it. With proposals to such as shall be willing to join in that work.
