The sett, or decreet arbitral of King James the 6th : Of blessed memory. Deciding all differences betwixt merchants and trades, anent the government of the city of Edinburgh: as it is registrat in the books of Council and Session, and ratified in Parliament. Together with the Acts of the town council, determining the time of the continuation of the Provost, Dean of Gild, and Thesaurer, to be no longer then one or two years together at one time. The magistrats and council of this city, ordains the sett, decreet arbitral, and the same Acts of the town council, to be printed and published.
