Viz. foure prudentiall men; Sir William Lewis, Master Swinfin, Col. Berch, and Master Greene: foure assertors; Master Pryn, Master Walker, Master Edward Stephens, and Master Gowen: five middlemen; Sir Robert Harley, Colonell Harley, Colonell William Strowd, Master Lee, and Master Wheeler: the other five (who bring up the forlorne-hope:) Sir William Waller, Sir John Clotworthy, Major Generall Massey, Major Generall Brown, and Commissary Copley. The court marshall appointed for the tryall of the King; with an order and declaration from the said court. Together with a true copie of the proclamation, for the tryall of the King.
