Continuation of hearing to consider H.R. 17269, to amend the Narcotic Addict Rehabilitation Act of 1966 to provide for the mandatory civil commitment of certain narcotic addicts, and to provide for additional facilities for treating, supervising, and controlling narcotic addicts.
