Discussion of Modification of PLO 4582 for Alaska Which Would Permit Disposal of Timber and Issuance of Grazing Leases.

Meeting to review proposal by BLM to modify Public Land Order No. 4582, the "land freeze'' order, to allow issuance of grazing permits and limited timber use in Alaska. Modification was approved.
