Order of Secretary of Agriculture issued pursuant to Public act No. 10, 73rd Congress, as amended, and as reenacted and amended by agricultural marketing agreement act of 1937. approved June 3, 1937, as amended, regulating handing in interstate and foreign commerce, and such handling as directly burdens, obstructs, or affects interstate or foreign commerce of fresh prunes grown in Umatilla County in Oregon and Walla Walla and Columbia counties in State of Washington.
