Order of Secretary of Agriculture issued pursuant to Public act No. 10, 73rd Congress, as amended, and as reenacted and amended by agricultural marketing agreement act of 1937, as amended, regulating handling in interstate or foreign commerce, and such handling as directly burdens, obstructs, or affects interstate or foreign commerce, of grapes grown in counties of Washington, Benton, and Madison in Arkansas.
