Amended order of Secretary of Agriculture issued pursuant to Public act No. 10, 73rd Congress, as amended and as reenacted and amended by agricultural marketing agreement act of 1937, regulating such handling of grapefruit and oranges grown in Cameron, Hidalgo, and Willacy counties in Texas as is in interstate or foreign commerce, and as directly burdens, obstructs, or affects interstate or foreign commerce.
