Some considerations humbly offered to the publick, concerning the revenue of the customs, viz : On the present laws of importation, and exportation, to and from foreign parts, and coastways; setting forth wherein they are defective, and how evaded. Together with some proposals for effectually preventing the frauds and abuses in that revenue. By providing a few more easy checks, and restraints, suitable to the antient constitution and genius of the people of these realms.
