Whereas, in pursuance of an act of Parliament passed in this kingdom, divers persons were appointed commissioners for erecting the Church of St Mark, and returning an estimate of the charges necessary for building the same, who returned an estimate thereof, amounting to 2053l. 13s. whereof 845l. 14s. 3 1/2 has been already expended, and there remains a sum of 1207l. 18s. 8d. to be raised and expended for finishing same. And whereas His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant and Council have appointed the undernamed persons commissioners, to receive subscriptions and contributions for finishing the said church.
