The Right Honourable Francis Lord Conway, appel' the Most Noble John Duke of Buckingham and Normanby, resp' the respondent's case, upon an appeal brought against a decretal order of the Court of Chancery, made by the late lord chancellor, and confirmed by the now lord keeper; for the tryal of an issue, directed to be tryed at law, and which has been tryed accordingly at the bar of the Court of Common-Pleas, and the appellant non-suited thereupon.
