On portfolio cover: Designed and printed by Peter Rutledge Koch. "1000 copies have been designed and printed by Peter Rutledge Koch with the assistance of Jonathan Gerken and Dina Pollack. Christopher Carrol's illustrations are paper-cut and ink drawings. The typeface is Rialto DF Press, a special letterpress version of the humanistic antiqua text family Rialto, designed by Lui Karner and Giovanni de Faccio. Display types are Greco Adornado and Desdemona. The Aldine asterisks are from Blado Italic and the shaped texts are from the imagination of the printer."--Title page verso.
