Proposals or heads of a bill, for restoring and preserving the outfall of the River Witham, in the county of Lincoln : And of the drainage of the fens on both sides thereof; and also of the navigation thereon from Braveford, or Braydon Meer, on the west side the city of Lincoln, through the borough of Boston to the sea.
