The dispensary for disordered apparel, either by wear, tare, burn, missfiting, or any other complaint whatever, the later being a complaint incident to liveries, frequently occasioned by the removal of servants, even should they be wanting in length and beadth, shall be speedily cured without blemish, &c. &c.
