Observations on a pamphlet entitled an enquiry into the advantages and disadvantages resulting from bills of inclosure : To which are added, outlines of a proposed Act of Parliament for a general inclosure of commons or waste lands; introduced by reflections upon the untility and importance of such a plan. Also Calculations, shewing the loss inevitably sustained by the clergy of laity, wherever lands are given in lieu of tithes.
