Claim for Thomas Belsches Depute Sheriff-Clerk of Edinburgh, upon the forfeited estate of John Nairn, commonly called Lord Nairn, now vested in His Majesty, by virtue of an act of Parliament made and past in the twentieth year of His Majesty's reign, intituled, "An Act for vesting in His Majesty the estates of certain traitors, and for more effectually discovering the same, and applying the produce thereof to His Majesty's use, and for ascertaining the lawful debts and claims thereon;".
