Constitutions by charter and rules : For the better government of the corporation, for the relief of the poor widows and orphans of such Clergymen as at the time of their deaths were, or shall be possessed of some ecclesiastical benefices or curacies, within the archdeaconries of Suffolk or Sudbury, or elsewhere in the county of Suffolk.
