The Conduct of the ministry impartially examined : In a letter to the merchants of London. In which amongst other things, the arguments made use of, in two pamphlets lately published, entitled, "A letter," and, "An appeal "to the people of England," in defence of Admiral Byng, are answered, and the sophistry of those performances fully confuted.
