Concerning imprinting of stamps upon bank checks, drafts, orders, or vouchers for payment of any sum of money whatsoever, drawn upon any bank, banker, or trust company, or upon blank paper that may be furnished for that purpose by person, firm, or corporation desiring stamps so imprinted.
