Publishing Act No. 1149 of Philippine Commission, so amending Customs Administrative Act, No. 355, as to authorize Civil Governor to set apart certain portions of wharf, landing place, street, or other public ground adjacent to seashore and customs house in any municipality for customs purposes, and to place same under jurisdiction of collector of customs.
