Republic of Texas, county of San Augustine, I do solemnly swear, that I was a resident Citizen of Texas previous to the first of October 1837, and that I intend remaining permanently in the country; that I am a married man and consider myself justly entitled, under the act providing for Emigrants previous to the first of October 1837, to twelve hundred & eighty acres of Land.
