Farm Credit System Loan Restructuring and Foreclosure Policies.

Describes provisions of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1987 which require Farm Credit System lenders to restructure distressed farm loans when less costly than foreclosure, and to extend previous owners the right of first refusal to buy back or lease foreclosed property.
