Refusals to Disclose to Congress on the Basis of Rule 6(e) (Matters Occurring Before the Grand Jury).

Examines whether witnesses before a Congressional Subcom and those from whom its investigators and staff seek information may refuse to disclose it on the grounds that such disclosures are precluded by Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure as matters occurring before the grand jury.
