Judicial Review of the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation Implementing Section 4(c)(9) of the Bank Holding Company Act.

Examines possibility of obtaining judicial review of Federal Reserve Board regulations to exempt foreign bank holding companies from the divestiture provisions contained in Section 4(c)(9) of the Bank Holding Company Act, in light of constraints imposed on such a review by Section 9 of the Act.
