Failure to Report Transport of Currency Out of the Country : Forfeiture of Currency in United States v. Bajakajian Constitutes a Violation of the Excessive Fines Clause.

Addresses Supreme Court ruling in United States v. Bajakajian, in which the Supreme Court held that in the event of unreported transportation of currency out of the country, full forfeiture of undeclared amount would violate the Excessive Fines Clause of the Eighth Amendment.
