Trade Agreements, the Congress, and the Use of Fast-Track Procedures.

Surveys the outcome of congressional action to disapprove fast-track Presidential authority for certain kinds of trade agreements; reviews the current status of fast-track related measures in Congress; and considers the appropriateness of fast-track procedures in setting U.S. foreign trade policy.
