Litigation Trends Under the Privacy Act.

Reviews case law for the first seven years since enactment of the Privacy Act, and highlights litigation trends. Explores uncertainty over whether individuals seeking access to their records are subject to the Privacy Act or, alternatively, the Freedom of Information Act.
