Drug Addicts and Alcoholics Are No Longer Eligible for Supplemental Security Income.

Reviews provisions of P.L. 104-121, the Contract with America Advancement Act of 1996, which eliminates supplemental security income and social security disability insurance for individuals who are disabled because of drug addiction or alcoholism.
