Discusses discrepancies between the two U.S. standards for diplomatic immunity, the Statute of 1790 and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. Considers the issue of compensation for U.S. citizens injured by persons with diplomatic immunity, particularly in automobile accidents.
