Internet Tax Moratorium.

Considers whether definition of "Internet access" in H.R. 3678, the Internet Tax Freedom Act Amendments Act, as passed by the House of Representatives, would permit more activities to be taxed by the States than that of the Internet tax moratorium, set to expire Nov. 1, 2007.
