Continuation of a national emergency with respect to restrictions on North Korea and North Korean nationals : communication from the President of the United States transmitting a notification stating that the national emergency, declared in Executive Order 13466 of June 26, 2008, is to continue in effect beyond June 26, 2013, pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 1622(d).
