State Bankers' Associations. Report Unanimously Adopted by the Representatives of the State Bankers' Associations and Clearing House Associations Invited by the Currency Commission of the American Bankers' Association to Attend a Conference Held at Chicago, Aug. 22 and 23, 1913, in Regard to the "Federal Reserve Act," now Pending in the Congress of the U.S.

Recommends establishment of only one federal reserve bank.
