Federal Regulation of Boxing : Current Law and Proposed Legislation.

Provides brief overview of the sport of boxing, and discusses the evolution of Federal and State boxing regulations. Analyzes reform bills, S. 148, H.R. 468, and H.R. 1065, proposed in the 109th Congress to amend current law to establish a national regulatory body for boxing.
