Amending section 2 of the act entitled "An act to create a Library of Congress trust fund board, and for other purposes," Approved March 3, 1925, as amended (2 U.S.C. 158), relating to deposits with the Treasurer of the United States of gifts and bequests to the Library of Congress and to raise the statutory limitation provided for in that section.
