Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated March 15, 1957, submitting a special report, together with accompanying papers and illustrations, on a study of local cooperation in the part of the central and southern Florida project authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1954, section 203, title II, to determine the basis for cost sharing between federal and non-federal interests which would be equitable to both and in the light of current federal policy and practice for cost sharing in water-resources development.
