Authorizing the Commissioners of the District of Columbia to promulgate special regulations for the period of the Middle Atlantic Shrine Association meeting of AAONMS in September 1958, to authorize the granting of certain permits to Almas Temple Shrine Activities, Inc., on the occasions of such meetings, and for other purposes.
