Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated May 27, 1954, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and an illustration, on a review of reports on Grays Harbor and Chehalis River, Wash., with a view to determining the advisability of modifying the existing project in any way at this time, particularly with regard to extension of the existing Westhaven breakwater. This investigation was requested by a resolution of the Committee on Public Works, House of Representatives, adopted July 29, 1953.
