Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, dated November 30, 1954, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and an illustration, on a survey of the Mississippi River between Missouri River and Minneapolis, Minn., damage to levee and drainage districts, authorized by the River and Harbor Acts, approved on August 26, 1937, and March 2, 1945. This report covers damages to levee and drainage districts affected by pools 14 to 26 only.
