Communication from the President of the United States transmitting a supplemental estimate of appropriation for the General Accounting Office for the fiscal year 1934, to remain available until June 30, 1935, in the sum of $1,000,000 for the purpose of enabling the General Accounting Office to audit and settle the accounts of the governmental agencies, including corporations, created after March 3, 1933, and to make current the auditing of postal money order and postal savings accounts.
