Revoking section 18 of Executive Order No. 6166. Message from the President of the United States transmitting an executive order revoking section 18 of Executive Order No. 6166 of June 10, 1933, the purpose of which was to abolish in part the functions of: cooperative vocational education and rehabilitation; payments for agricultural experiment stations; cooperative agricultural extension work; endowment and maintenance of colleges for the benefit of agriculture and the mechanic arts.
