Purchase of the Oldroyd collection of Lincoln relics communication from the President of the United States transmitting supplemental estimate of appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1927, for the purchase of the Oldroyd collection of Lincoln relics pursuant to legislation approved May 11, 1926 (Public, No. 215, 69th Cong.), for that purpose, $50,000.
