United States oil lands on former Naval Reserves communication from the President of the United States transmitting supplemental estimate of appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1926, to remain available until June 30, 1927, to enable the Chief Executive to carry into effect the "Joint resolution directing the Secretary of the Interior to institute proceedings touching sections 16 and 36, township 30 south, range 23 east, Mount Diablo Meridian," approved February 21, 1924 (43 Stat. 15).
