Letter from the Secretary of the Army transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, United States Army, dated December 1, 1952, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and an illustration, on a review of reports on Arkansas River and tributaries, with a view to determining if improvement in the interest of flood control and related purposes at Enid, Okla., and the waterways contiguous thereto, is advisable at the present time, requested by a resolution of the Committee on Public Works, House of Representatives, adopted on January 28, 1947.
