Letter from the Secretary of War transmitting a letter from the Chief of Engineers, United States Army, dated July 12, 1946, submitting a report, together with accompanying papers and an illustration on a review of report on the Delaware River and its tributaries submitted to Congress on August 4, 1941, with a view to determining whether any improvement for flood control on the Lackawaxen River and its tributaries, especially in the vicinity of Honesdale, Hawley, Prompton, and Seelyville, in Wayne County, Pa., is advisable, requested by a resolution of the Committee on Flood Control, House of Representatives, adopted on October 8, 1942.
